I wish that were possible. The Iraq war is an illegal war, there were WMD and look at all of the lives lost. Sad state of affair

The co-called international 'court' is a farce, and has ZERO jurisdiction over sovreign nations. Assuming Bush had committed a crime, it would be ONLY up the the United States to look into the matter. Unlike Clinton (was was impeached, disbarred, and held in contempt of court) Bush has committed no crime, so he neither be impeached not prosecuted.

Golly im sorry last i checked we lived in america where there is a system of laws and the international court has no bearing on that. if you want him prosecuted take him to an american court. to bad he hasnt actully broken any laws that would warrant that so i guess your only option is to take him to the totally politically run international court.

No. Neither has done anything illegal. If you are referring to the War in Iraq, then definitely not. Iraq had a cease-fire agreement with the US, Great Britain, and many other countries after the first Gulf War (to free Kuwait). Iraq broke that cease-fire and 17 other UN resolutions, which gave the US and many other countries all legal rights to re-start the war with Iraq and enact regime change.

International law does not APPLY in the US. Only the US Constitution is valid. Go ahead and try you left wing wackos. Those overseas kangaroo courts mean nothing on US soil.
