Heres the situation, i'm 13 and i do a hundred crunches a day. A couple of weeks ago it was going really well and i was starting to feel the burn at about 20 but now it takes loads before i feel the burn and it doesn't feel right when i'm doing them. I don't know whether i've got the technique wrong or what, also when i'm doing them i can't keep a steady movement and i actually shake quite a lot. Please help it's driving me insane and It's having a knock on effect on my life cos i can't do anything right when I'm depressed.

Under no circumstances am I having a go or moaning in anyway about police officers!

I require some background information on the public perception of police driving practices and standards.

The sorts of answers I require are as follows:

As a member of the public:

Do you know what it takes to become a police driver?

Do you know what skills are required?

Do you know what the rules are as a police driver on a blue light run?

How do you deal with a police car when they are travelling behind you with blue lights?

These are just a few examples of things I am looking for, if you have any other information, examples or even moans you would like to add, then that would be greatly appreciated.

If you chose to answer this question as a trained police driver, then please state that in your response, the criteria I must research is specific to "general public" but I am more than willing to read answers from trained officers.

had DSL, but not wireless. If I take my router over there, how can I use my laptop upstairs witht he router? There is no phonejack in my room so do I replace her DSL modem on her PC downstairs with the router and create a network, or should I use the DSL cable from the router to plug into the back of the DSL modem, and connect the router to the DSL modem. These are both SBC DSL products.
So, once again, take out DSL modem on her PC and replace with Wireless router, or Plug router into DSL modem and leave as is

Hi am trying to plan my honey moon had thought of a few days in new york then off to cancun. Will be mid august, my other half wants beach holiday thus cancun part. whats the beaches like there? I would like the stereotypical white sands etc etc! Or would carribean be better? I know its raininy season but does that mean will be raining lots everyday?

I'm with my bf for almost 6 yrs. We have ups and downs just like others. The thing is, my bf is a little hard to understand. I don't know how to call these, maybe a little paranoid and controlling. He always thought i'm cheating on him, thing that its not true. The worst is, everytime we go out, if he noticed people laughing, he thought that they are laughing on him and he blamed me for that. He thought i did something bad that's why they are laughing on him. He noticed every single movement of my body when we are out like the way i walk, he question why am i walking that way which i know i'm walking normal and etc. He blames me for everything hapenning to him. He plays poker online and he lost big time money. He thought that i did something on his computer that made other ppl saw his card. Thats why sometimes, i react on what he's accusing me and it will end up to a fight. When it comes to this point he thought that i'm looking for a fight again. And a lot lot more.....

My teacher is always yelling at students and has no control over the classroom. He gets in their faces everyday and everyone is really anoyed with him because he threatens to fail kids and stuff.
