i am a well built guy, i used to weight train and have a large build and big arms shoulders and legs, but now i wish to slim down and lose some of the bulk as well as body fat, what is the best way to go about doing this safely and effectively? and what are the best foods and excercises to do to achieve this goal?

I filed with jackson hewwitt, but the computer wouldnt let me efile my sc state return. the preparer wasnt a lot of help said she didnt know why, i think its because my husband was a volunter fireman 2 years ago in the state of sc and gets a small credit <72.00> I hate to wait 12 weeks for my refund does anyone know where or if i can just efile my sc state tax return? My brother has a small business in Louisiana that sells fountains named "Fountains of Youth". He has been opened about two years. Should the federal government contact farmers across the country and ask them if they would be intrested in a biomass power generation device using plant and other waste material from there farm paid for entirely with grant money which would generate green energy and extra income for them? Would this be a good use of tax dollars? Democrats would sign onto it because it would help the enviroment by generating green global warming free energy? Republicans would sign onto it because it helps farmers and the economy. It would help create energy independence helping disentangle us from the middle east as well. Is this something congress could do that EVERYONE would be proud of and help them start working together to truly solve the problems we face as a nation and a world?

Can I be pregnant....?
My boyfriend and I have never had sex, but we screw around sometimes. I've never been late on my period, but all of the sudden I am. I've been really stressed, sick, and not eating well...could that be part of the issue? I'm really worried...I don't want to be pregnant, and I am almost positive that his fingers were clean because he never touches himself. We always wash our hands and such, but after like 8 years of getting my period...and I've almost never been late, and now I am. I'm only 19 so I've heard that some variation in my cycle is possible...but its never happened before. Please help. screwing around is basically fingering
and I didn't know stimulation could mess up your period.
and I'm about 2 days late.

the first thing preached is origional sin....how does that work with a kind and loving god?
"i love you, come back to me....but you better atone for sins commited millenia ago, also you better not do a bunch of abritrary actions or youll burn in a pool of fire!!!!!! with monsters...and other....medieval creations......also a guy on a cross died for your sins 2k yrs ago.......um....just pray and youll get answered by god....who sees fit to leave you with whatever problem you have to fix yourself....."

seriously, what is the appeal? im not trying to be offensive, but im sure some "radical thinkers" will tell me im going to hell.....but somehow, i cant believe ill be living in a lake of fire with middle ages monsters. its based on something that cannot be substanstiated (the bible, regardless of what you believe, it justan ancient text with some questionable authors), except inside the minds of the believers......
so reall, whats the appeal of this insane religion?
