You can sell (donate) your plasma for $30-75 a pop, so to speak. Of course, there's a limit to how many times you can do it a month.

Yes there is money in selling one's blood. I'm not familiar with the price though. And yes, there is a limit in the number of times and the amount of blood you would be selling. Selling, and donating blood for that matter also strengthen the immunity system of the donor.

No, but you can get a little money for donating plasma. I don't think it's worth it though.
