i cant understand it as not near outside wall and upstairs rooms have no damp, so where is this water coming from?

probably a water leak under the floor boards. Pull the boards up and search for it.

Sorry, but you will have to cut a hole in the ceiling to find it. The water is travelling from a pipe or possibly outside. You may not be happy with what you find. Good luck

Leaking water or sewage pipe in the ceiling/under the floor.

Is there a bathroom above the damp spot. If so you'll know what that means.
