i need some exercises or drills to help my sprinting.. if possible all details should be included how many times a week how many reps etc. ive never done any speed training before, im 16.. and i need to increase my speed by 0.5 seconds in 5 months, nd i will go to any lengths lol.. another thing is is it possible? even if it isnt any input would be greatly appreciated

my girlfriend and i broke up last week because she said i treated her like s**t and her friends were happy for her too but her paretns like me and know im the best person for her.

we recently got back together and she was talkin to a friend of hers online and he asked her what we are and she said just "friends"...is she embarrassed about me or what...what should i do?

My ex bf said when he was tiding his room, he found a letter he wanted to send me 4 years ago.. but for some reason he never did.. and he said he doesn't even know what is inside the envelope, he doesn't remember what he wrote! He already sent the letter (without knowing what is written)! I think he is playing games with me..
My question is: why would he want to send me a 4 years old letter? dont you think this is strange?

My cable box has inputs for a DVD player, and the remote is programmed for it, but I can't get it to play. When I push the "bypass" button to select video input, I get nothing on the TV. I tried hooking the DVD up to the tv inputs instead, but still, nothing. I've tried using Channel 2, 3 and 4. I don't get static, I just don't get a picture. What am I doing wrong? Cable box is Bright House Networks, TV is a JVC, DVD is a Cyber Home...and it worked fine when I ran everything through the VCR (which died).

I operate a small business in Canada. One of our products is a line of clothing that we designed with unique sayings that we have copyrighted. The sayings are copyrighted and highlighted as copyrighted on our website under "legal notices".
We have recently discovered that a large company has printed a t-shirt with one of our sayings (inadvertently I suspect); however we would like to understand what our course of action and options are in dealing with this.

A drunk man enters a park and walks up to a young boy and says " I plugged your mama and she loved it!" Alot of mothers covers there childrens ears and watches in horror. The boy just ignores him. then man says " I made your mama scream and she wanted more!" Some woman take their kids and leaves, the boy just shakes his head.

i went to check my clothe from the dryer and they were still wet so i started the dryer up again. but it did not sound quit right. so when i opened the dryer it wasnt spinning...... it was heating up . but not spining...what could this be?? is it a motor or could it be just a belt?

I will probably need to replace my car soon, but I don't know that I want a traditional car loan because it would require having more insurance, and thus be rather expensive for me. (It'd be about double for me, as I don't have a spotless driving record). I was wondering if instead I could get a personal loan from the bank, say in the neighborhood of $3-5K and use that for a car thus saving me a bunch of money by not needing collision coverage if I could pay for the car in cash.

Now the questions ... is this possible, or is there usually some stipulation that you can't use a personal loan for a car? What sort of collateral do you usually need for a personal loan? If you have good credit, can you get one w/out collateral? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi I just left to go visit family in NC yesterday. I am in the hotel rght now on wireless and I just realized that I forgot my entire bathroom vanity case, whch contains my prescriptions. I got them all at Walgreens but according to their website, there is no Walgreens in the state of NC. My familymembers use a different pharmacy, but I don't know how it would work...I'll be here for a week!

-- this medicine is important...I NEED to take my medicine, is there a way to acquire a week's worth of pills, even though there is no Walgreen's around?
--does this sort of thing happen sometimes?

If anyone has any ideas I would really really appreciate your help.
