What makes a person critically observant of everything you do in life.?

Hi what makes a person that’s not really your friend.....still be critically observant of your life and what you do??????
I'd like to know because why has this person made me there option of choice????

Maybe they care about you in their own way and think they are trying to help you (and by the way you phrase the question) are unaware of the negative effect they have on you.

Or they are really negative and are trying to be a hindrance to you.

If you don't like them to do this you should just tell them to keep their opinions to themselves, or just ignore their critiques.
