Yes, just pick "JPEG" from the file type menu in the Save As dialog in whatever graphics package you are using.

Yes, friend, - it's PERFECTLY possible, to do, as you ask!

What you need to do, is, when you see the screenshot, that you want, press the "PRINT SCREEN" button, - this MAY be abbreviated to "PRT SCR", - and, afterwards, open up a photo manipulation prog, - although, your computer has a simple "PAINT" programme, in the "ACCESSORIES", which works, JUST as well, - so, use THAT! When "PAINT" opens, left-click the "EDIT" menu, - and select "PASTE"! This will OPEN your screenshot, in "PAINT", - then "SAVE AS", in the same way, as you normally, would!

It SOUNDS a good deal more DIFFICULT, than it IS, in actuality!

GOOD LUCK, - and, ENJOY!

Yes..

Screenshots are regular images .. images can be saved as any image-supporting format - bitmap, jpeg, portable network graphics (png), xbitmap, icons (though discouraged), etc.
