I am having a hard time targeting my lower abs. I work really hard in the gym, cardio 45 min. everday, I lift, and I eat 1700 calories broken up into 5 meals. I know my stuff and I am losing fat. The only thing I see is that when I do my abdominal day I only feel sore in my upper abs and my obliques. I can never seem to get to those lower abs. I do hanging leg lifts, reverse crunches, floater kicks, everything. I just don't understand why I am not sore. I feel a burn when I do it. Could it mean that I am not building on that muscle? Please, help if you can.
