My partner and I are having a beautiful baby! But he wants the last name to be Herscell, (his last name), but I want mine and his, (Gahan-Herschell), but only on the birth certificate.
He dosn't know why I am doing this. But it is just for future prefrences, in case we have arguments and so on so forth.
Oh, in everyday use (schooling ect.) I will use his last name, I just want mine and his hyphenated on the birthcertificate?

What are my rights if I do this and am I making the right choice?

you get diarrhea a lot? i know they say that about taco bell or whatever, but seriously, i get it from sooooo many restaurants. i think eating out must be rather unhealthy. i don't know if they're just being unsanitary or what, but this always happens to me and doesn't happen when i cook at home...
