Vectors don't have specific locations; you can put them anywhere. So you can't talk about the intersection of two vectors.

Vectors have two things: magnitude and direction. These could be the directional vectors for two different lines, but you would need to supply a point on each line to go with the vectors. Then you could find the point of intersection of the two lines if they intersect.
