I have a friend who's almost 19 and nearly 6 ft tall. She think's she's fat and is about 160 lbs. She keeps coming to me and asking for advice. I'm a little worried she might have a body image problem. I don't think she's fat, but I can guess being that tall and a girl would probably have it's own set of problems. She's great at things like volleyball and sports, but she keeps telling me how she never feels good enough. Whenever I ask her things like, "good enough for who?" She just shurgs..... I don't know how to respond to that: maybe she doesn't want me to?
She picked the worst person to come to when she asked me. I'm horrible with this type of stuff. At the same time, I don't want anyone to unjustly suffer. I don't know much about the topic, but I understand that body image stuff can lead to eating disorders, which are bad news.....
Question #1
Is she fat at 5'11 ish and about 160lbs?
Question #2, 3
