Call your Gynecologist and make an appt. for an exam and to begin taking birth control pills. Your Dr. can then help you take the pills for one extra week in the month of your wedding, thus avoiding having a period at all during March.
Congrats and
Good Luck

You can absolutely manipulate your period and time it so it doesn't affect your wedding/honeymoon. Talk to your doctor about birth control pills, there are a couple of ways to make it work.
There's a new pill called something like "Seasonale" which is an extended cycle pill. Usually, oral contraceptives (OC) come with 3 weeks of pills with hormones, then one week of placebos (I still think they should make these iron pills, but I digress). The lack of hormones makes you have your period. With Seasonale, you take pills with hormones for 12 weeks, then there's a week of non-hormones, so you only get about 4 periods a year. You do have a higher risk of spotting with Seasonale, though. You can do the same with regular OCs (just take weeks 1-3, and move directly to the next pack), but you should talk with your doctor about this first. Different pills come with different hormone levels, and if you're taking one that changes throughout the month, this may have an impact on your moods.
Also, be careful with insurance - they'll only cover a certain number of refills, and if you call too soon for the next refill, they might not cover it...so that's another reason to not just do this on your own.

As all people else has stated, i'm no longer a doctor, yet that's my adventure. I pass my era each and all the time, so I in basic terms have a era as quickly as each 3 packs. i've got checked with my generic practitioner (actual checked with some) and that's completely secure. It merely skill that your lining builds up greater so your next era is heavier. My generic practitioner has recommended me in my view to have a era a minimum of as quickly as each 3 packs. i've got by no skill had any edge consequences, yet I even have heard of injury via bleeding being a effortless symptom - yet a panty liner surely solves that. in spite of the indisputable fact that that's much less in all probability which you will bleed on your wedding ceremony day in case you pass the placebos (with step forward bleeding) than in case you do no longer (reason you will get your era) so in my view i might pass them.

I'll add a vote that birth control is the only thing that will really work to plan your cycle.
Hanging out with other women is the only natural thing I've ever heard that alters a woman's menstruation cycle.

See your doctor and get birth control pills. Just remember every drug has certain side effects, also some women aren't able to tolerate the drug contained in the pills.

Easy, just ask your doc, they can give you hormone pills to stop your period, or if you're on the pill, you just skip the sugar pills, and your period doesnt start.
