My hair grows way too fast.....it grows like 1-2 inches a month, and it takes way to much to upkeep.

I am going to attend my highschool prom but also my friends highschool prom. Would it be weird if I were to wear the same dress to both of them? I do not wan't to spend a lot more $ but I was thinking that it would be quite tacky. Two different prom days, two different schools, MANY pictures but... the same dress? If it is tacky I would probably just buy another cheap (but still nice!) dress. Your thoughts?

I have written evidence from Mesopotamia that human beings had life spans of about 200 years or more from a source outside the Bible.

I have written evidence that some of the pharoahs in Egypt reigned in excess of 90 years. Ditto for Chinese rulers in the Bronze Age.

If human beings are evolving, why do we need extensive medical care in today's world to live 80 or 90 years (and why is our life expectency only 60 years in some countries with medical care equivelent to Bronze Age technology?

From 1940 through 1996 in the United States, the age to which a newborn can expect to live can be modeled by

f(t) = 1.78 radical t - 0.3 + 62.7
(radical is supposed to be over t - 0.3)

where t is the number of years since 1940. Graph the model. In what year was the life expectancy at birth 75.7 years?

I do not believe in spanking.

But a question for those of you that do.

Why is it considered inapproapraite to spank a child over a curtain age and under a curtian age, and not at all ages?

Also why is it considered more inapproapriate for a teacher to spank than a mother when it is indifferent (maybe even worse if you mother does it because you trust her more).

I find this is really really bizzare,

Sometimes I have a long list of reasons and people to pray for. To avoid forgetting some of the above, which I often do, is it acceptable to write these things in a notebook so that I can pray over the book or read off of the list. Or would that be inappropriate and too new age like? Thanks

If it is so damn important to Him, than why doesn't He provide proof of His existance?

Did you ever consider that He does not possess the human characteristics of jealousy and self-centeredness?

I believe there are many roads to God. He does not care which road you take, or if you take no road.

Would a supreme being want to spend eternity with ignorant sheep who will believe anything fed them, or intelligent souls that seek knowledge and truth?
