Yes I would. I live in America, so anyone handing out "notes" should be regarded with suspicion.

Well since I live in the US I would be looking at him strangely and ask him why he was here...but then I could take it and go to the nearest bank to get it exchanged for dollars :)

i would be leary I went to an eagles event with my sister someone tried to hand me a free ticket to get in I was leary my sis took it got in for free and I paid so maybe I ought to re think that situation

Well even though I am not European and have no use for the Euro either which way I don't believe i would atomatically take the Euro's from the person without being sceptical of where they came from.
