I want to convert FAT 32 files to ntfs format, but when I type cmd and press enter and type convert c:/fs:ntfs it ask me to enter c drive label volume, but I do not know how to do

try this:
go to my computer, right click the hard drive, click properties. look for a box at the top that says volume label (or something like that). on my computer it doesnt actually say volume label, but there is an editable field at the top (general tab). enter that in when it asks for the volume label. not sure it will work, but its worth trying

I would try just pressing enter and ignoring it first.
there may not be a volume label, but if there is, you find it by typing the below command in cmd.

VOL [drive:]

ex:
VOL C: [ENTER]
computer says:
Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is 5C6D-8BB3

Double click the my pc Icon and then spectacular click on your difficultcontinual and decide homes. whilst that window opens the difficultcontinual label would be listed in that window.
