How many people who comlain about police officer integrity have ever done a ride along?

Go ride in a car for a night and learn about the police you are complaining about. You will learn a lot. You will also learn that police officers are human beings just like you. they can also answer a lot of questions you may have about the way they conduct themselves and why they do what they do. If you haven't bothered to learn about what they are doing then you are just speaking from ignorance.

Any ideas of what is making the sound I hear in my house?

When my house is quiet which is always at night (and sometimes in the day when the kids aren't around!) if I lie still in my house I can hear a distinct high pitched sound. (My husband cannot hear it but my Mum can.) It is continuous and similar in tone to the noise you get when taxiing down the runway at an airport but obviously quieter and I would say higher pitched.

It is definitely NOT electrical as when we have the frequent powercuts in our village I can still hear it. I live in a village on a hill in the UK. And I can assure you I am NOT barking!

Any sensible ideas?

i want to save music?

So, i was at my brothers this weekend and downloaded some music off limewire to my ipod (through itunes) but now i'm home, ona different pc and want to send music from my version of itunes, but it won't let me! says something bout only syncing with one comp? can you please help me?

living in Liverpool and London life. you've got it all. but you got nothing?

my daughterand her husband, along with her family, went dowm to london to see a show and see a bit of the night life. well how let down was she. the day time she tells me was fantatic. got a bus that took them all over london, hop on/off. but night time was horrendous. they stayed off oxford street. they got there car broken into, in the hotel car park. ripped off in a fastfood takeaway, charged them £2 each cos they sat in to eat sandwhiches. all pubs, shut at 11pm. and the ones that played music charged £ 5 pound at the door. this is just a little bit of what she told me.. no wonder you guys hate the north.. it jealousy,, and to think we have had to fight for recoginition , to prove we are better than , and by what my daughter says , we are.. try a night out in the pool

Please help me with this 5th grade math problem!?

Here's the problem:
If 6 men take 3 days to dig 8 ditches, then how long would it take for 4 men to dig 10 ditches? Assume that all the ditches are the same size, and take equal amount of time to dig, that all men work at the same steady rate. Solve this problem by using logical thinking and by using the most elementary reasoning you can. Explain clearly.

Please help me in this. If I dont get this problem in time for class tomorrow, I won't get an A in the class!
