we got a cat about 7 months ago, and this women told us that the cat may cause infertility in my 8 year old sister so my mo wants to give him away.. is that true? i need an answer soon, but please those of you who arent certain dont answer as this is my cat and sister we're talking about. thank you loads

I am a banquet server in Washington and my employer does not include the full 18% gratuity he charges on events. We get a straight wage of 10.50 per hour regardless of what events we have. Minimum wage in Washington is 7.93. We are only getting 2.57 an hour more than that from tips and our employer is pocketing the rest of the gratuity. As an example, last night we worked an event which had a $300 gratuity charge, 2 people worked the event for about 18 hours between the 2 of us. That means our employer paid us only $189 for that day. If he was paying us only minimum wage(7.93) plus tips, we should have made $442. That is more than double what we are being paid by our employer. Does anyone know if he can legally rob us of our hard earned money like this?
