How do you know it's not just a lost soul that takes the form of the God so that they can get some attention?
OR how do you know it's not just an astral traveller or a creative endeavour your communing with, do you test the God with particular questions, how do you know it's not just your own minds creation?

sahajayo…:Obviously you have no esoteric knowledge. People have been creating Godforms for a long time now buddy. Go study and then come back to me when you gain some real knowledge.

I evoked a spirit (i'm not going to name it) but i was sitting in my room and a shadow appeared on my wall with nothing casting it, it looked like a tall human man. It spoke to me through telepathy and signals. It was weird, but it was also scary (it was a dark spirit, he became pretty evil), but as time went by, the shape of his face changed into about 8 different persons, then i thought that it might actually have been a creation of a group of people, but it knew me and knew stuff about me from my childhood, so i don't know. I asked it questions to try and reveal truth, but i don't think the questions really confirmed anything. It made me see dreams i had when i was a child.

When I evoke a God or Goddess, I take it on faith that the presence I have asked for is the one that has arrived. (not in a sense of "summoning" a spirit, more in a sense of inviting the God or Goddess to visit me, and help and guide me) Apart from that, I pay attention to how I feel, and how the atmosphere around me feels, to determine whether a ritual went well, or not. Also pay attention to things that happen in my circle, animals enter and sit in the circle sometimes...
edit on your additonal details... That does not sound like anything good, are you able to send it back from whence it came?
Paradox: can you go into more detail about the nightmares?
Did you do a good cleansing of your self, and the area you were working in? (sulphur maybe?) Do you have a good teacher to talk to, or are you a solitary? (I'm guessing the latter, because you are asking for help out here) I'm only trying to understand your situation more fully....I get a little worried when I hear about someone in a situation like this, I don't work in the darker traditions myself, but anyone that is seriously working in any of the traditions can encounter an astral nasty from time to time, I guess I am thinking it might be good if you can find an experienced practioner where you live, who can help you get your balance back... there is strength in numbers... Maybe you can find one through witchvox?

In Mathematics, we say Limit tends to Infinity to solve so many real time problems. What is this Infinity? Human mind cant preceive this. Next in Physics, in Material Science, we assume a smallest wave particle called "Photon" which dont have any proof of existence physically, then only we proceed with atomic physics. Without such assumption & faith, physics is meaningless. We measure distance in light years. Today the edge of our universe is 4 billion light years away from us. We cant even imagine 1 light year. So likewise we have so many things which we cant reason out. But we have to stop at some point with faith in it. Otherwise we will hit the wall and damage our head. Human mind is given with the 6th sense. We see, hear, feel, smell something but using the 6th sense we infer some results from such things. When we see a smoke at a distance we know there is fire. We believe this without seeing the fire. Like wise we have so many wonders around us, within our body which should make us to feel the presence of an omni-potent power. Within our science only we have so many faiths & beliefs, how can we prove God who is considered above all such things. We cant even imagine 1/1000th of a millimeter, but we cure the disease caused by a bacteria . We cant even imagine 1 light year but we use our computers to calculate that the universe is 4 billion light years away from earth. You are talking about the God who is above all these un-perceivable things. He doesnt need to show himself before us to prove his existence. This is not a logical thinking bcos we believe and infer so many things in our daily life.

Just know this, that your thoughts are leading your mind and not the attributes that you give them.
the true seeker cannot be mislead by such thoughts It can mean that there is doubt still in the heart and mind.
doubt is the cause of ignorance, it cannot lead the seeker in the path of enlightenment.
If you have reached the level of meeting the soul then the knowledge of the sprit in your soul is the leading light for your progress in enlightenment.
Dear seeker remove all the doubt in the heart and mind, this in the thing that is not letting you become one with the supreme reality. (faith is necessary ) the more you have the faster the progress to the ultimate goal.

MATTER: The Other Name for Illusion
What is explained in this book is an important truth, which has surprised many and changed their perspectives on life. This truth can be summarized as follows: "All events and objects that we encounter in real life-buildings, people, cities, cars, places-in fact, everything we see, hold, touch, smell, taste and hear-come into existence as visions and feelings in our brains".
We are taught to think that these images and feelings are caused by a solid world outside of our brains, where material things exist. However, in reality we never see real existing materials and we never touch real materials. In other words, every material entity which we believe exists in our lives, is, in fact, only a vision which is created in our brains.
This is not a philosophical speculation. It is an empirical fact that has been proven by modern science. Today, any scientist who is a specialist in medicine, biology, neurology or any other field related to brain research would say, when asked how and where we see the world, that we see the whole world in the vision center located in our brains.
This fact has been scientifically proven in the twentieth century, and although it may seem surprising, it necessarily implies answers to two questions; "If our lives are visions created in our brains, then who is it that creates these visions? And who is it that sees these visions in our brains without having eyes and enjoys them, gets excited and happy?" You will find the answers to these two important questions in this book.

Your question sounds like a weird mixture of lyrics from different Yes albums.
Anyway, God is the unexplained answers and resolutions that life brings you. Have you ever had the right answer pop in your head? That's God, or one of His angels.

As I recall, you ask for the proper being, and then you ask it if it si, while doing the standard issue, "I damn you to the firey pit," s that if it is lying it will be in too much pain to not confess.
In short; We torture things we evoke.
