Try 'Vanish' stain remover. Alternatively soak overnight in a weak bleach solution.

Well I don´t think it´s over yet , There is nothing like the good old fashioned soap bar for washing clothes. Here´s what you do , wet your shirt in cold water add the soap to the stain put plenty , Leave the shirt free from water this lets the soap do it´s work I would say 1/2-1hr. then back to the cold water, give a rinse add more soap and straight to the washing machine.wash on normal temp. Hang outside to dry as the sun will bleach out the stain the natural way . No need to throw your shirt away

Bleach bleach bleach bleach.
And then bleach it a few more times.
Just don't allow the bleach to come into direct contact with the beloved shirt. Dilute the bleach in the washer, then dump the shirt in & wash away the stains.

I think that those white shirts are lost. The sweat stains cause the ugly stains and you'll just have to ditch the shirts.

Not really. I'm afraid it's over for the shirt. Bleach will only make it worst.
