So, I just brought home my new betta, he has a 5 gallon tank all for himself, I conditioned the water, make the fish get used to the new temp, he is going to have heated water since it is cold, the water he was in at the petshop was considerably colder, I waited 40 minutes, put him in the new water and he is just swimming and swimming and swimming back and forth, up and down and sometimes he seems to be in kind of a rush to get somewhere... Is this fish dying? What are the signs of a dying fish?

I'll keep this short.

There's this older guy that I know, and I have it bad for him. After months of following him around like a sick puppy, and watching him flirt with a million girls, including me, I've decided that I have to let go...

The hard part is, that I can't avoid him, because I work with him.
... and I can't ignore him, because he's my BOSS!

I love him so much, I can hardly stand it. His smile makes me smile, when I look into his eyes, I see my whole world... He gives me this indescribable feeling inside... To me, he's gorgeous, but the outside world knows that he doesn't look like a model. To me, he is perfect though. Everything I've ever wanted...

Almost all the girls at work are in "love" with him too, from the young to the old... Even the ones he isn't so nice to.
I don't know what it is about him.

I know him and I will never be together, if something was going to happen, it would've by now.

How do I get over him, when I see him almost everyday?

I have a lot of questions and i am clue less I go 2 church once in a while but i do believe jesus died for us and everything. But its just hard i need advice 2 help me understand I use 2 be catholic my family turned christian over some family problems we had and didn't find any answer no where else so we turned 2 God. My brother was in a Christian rehab for drug addicts for 3 months god helped him and he is a believer but since he came back he has gone back even though he knows its wrong but stil believes. He siad he is saved and knows all the tricks 2 save him and that he will be alright that nothing can happen to him 2 just pray 4 him. We don't really talk 2much i don't know why since he came back and went into the drugss again he has been like this but he has a lot of knowledge on Christians because he was in the rehab.On the other hand I really don't know much about this. What did he mean about the Christian tricks and how do you connect with god i need info any christians help?

My daughter has started puberty!! She is 8... Has had hair down there for about 6 months now and now starting to develop breasts!! And body odour... She seems 2 young 4 me to explain it to her (her brother 10 no signs at all) but i guess i have to. Anyway, is there any way of knowing approx when she would get her period.... We both like each other, and id like to ask her out, or at least let her know i like her, need some tips on subtle hints to let her know i too am interested, as right now, it looks as though she thinks i like her as just a friend, as i dont do much to make it look like i like her heaps (which i do of course).
