The first thing you can do is research it and understand it. Then you should do what you can to help encourage it. Stem cell research has potentials beyond that of just curing disease (which in itself is enough). The study of stem cells can give us a better look at how the brain develops and works and can lead to an understanding of not just repairing damaged brain cells but of brain function differences like Autism or mental disorders like schizophrenia. At least then we could know whether someone was actually talking to Jesus or if they were just a few bulbs shy of a chandelier.

It seems unlikely in the extreme that Jesus had any sort of mission in stem cell research.

Rant and rage all you want. Donate money to people trying to prevent it. Help pass laws.
None of that matters: Stem cell research will continue. Luckily the human desire to learn and explore is far stronger than the need to follow and fear.
Rest assured all of us heathens supporting stem cell research will burn in Hell according to your beliefs so what does it matter? It's not like those cells are going to make cute, fuzzy babies. Why not allow this creation of your God to help humanity?
Or was Jesus not so much interested in helping those who suffer?

God is in control and all things happen according to His perfect will...even stem cell research.
I'm not sure why people make scientific advancement a contradiction to spirituality. Science is the study of all God has made.

Yes! Jesus would never want people to suffer from curable diseases so support stem cell research in honor of those brave people.

You can get involved by finding out what is already going on and what u can do locally to support what ever side you like. Also you can talk to someone in a local church for direction regarding participation.

there is no such thing . Jesus never heard of stem cell research and neither did his legend that followed him.
Ask his remains if bones could talk they might say use your head .

As the time of tribulation progresses, I image research efforts will be diverted in a different direction.

Ugh... Adult Stem Cells are the answer. Although they are not 'pluripotent', researchers have advanced much further with them than Embryonics, and then no-one gets huffy over the ethics!
