You've probably heard of the 7 year itch in terms of careers... 7 years into your career and nothing happens anymore. I was wondering if the same happens with working out, because I think I'm experiencing it! It feels like nothing's happening to me, despite it being months since I started working out regularly... I spent 1.75 hours doing cardio and weightlifting, and crunches...
I really want to lose weight and gain muscle, especially around my lower stomach...
