Basically you know they are losing quality, when the product drops below YOUR quality standard line. Every person has a different quality standard. I know a buddy who has used the same toothbrush for over a year. My other buddy will buy a new one every two months. Every person/individual has their own set of quality standards. Now if your talking about a company/corporation analyzing their products...there are set quality standards that everyone has to follow and understand.
