I'm a multimedia professional, with a background in film and video production. I work at a quasi ad agency, b2b communications firm, and have been here 7 years.

Every year I try and get my salary bumped up to competetive rates, with incremental, but not substantial luck.

The main issue is I do so many things; shoot video (HD, MiniDV, Beta), sound production, lighting, editing (final cut pro), dvd authoring, Flash, After Effects, Photoshop, a/v support, web, tv, dvd, cd multimedia formatting, and the list goes on.

My question is: is there anyone else out there that does the jack of all trades multimedia type work? and how do you figure out your salary?

I know a Flash developer gets X$

Video editor gets X$

DVD authoring pros get X$

CD Rom/Director pros get X$

But what if you do them all? How can you make them give you what's fair?

The world wouldn't stop turning. It wouldn't set in motion the downfall of our nation even. It's just a piece of cloth with 13 bars and 50 stars. If I ran over it with my car or rolled up quarters in it and beat you with it what would that matter? Flags get put everywhere too, like on shopping bags and sports teams arm patches. What about when they get tattooed on a fat redneck's arm? Isn't that desecration. What if I wiped my a-- with the flag. What say you? I welcome all answers, but mostly intelligent and informed ones who can explain to me how a piece of cloth has ANY bearing over our lives.

I have been with my this man for a year but he lived in a different city then me and came up to my house every weekends to see me. He was getting online alot talking to other girls (that's where we met) and had strange girls 2-waying him. you can alter the wood by adding water or glue to it but it has to appear the same in the finishing results, so you can add iron to it because itll look different and no you cant put paint on it to make it look the same as it was before

solicitor wrote me a letter saying that the valuer needs access again with regards to the bathroom and kitchen. The person im buying property off told her solicitor too write too me. I dont know why my mortgage broker told me it came out ok. I know too late too phone anyone now so i thought i would ask for you opinion. Yes there was something wrong with the bathroom, but the seller has now sorted this, but when surveying was carried out she told the surveyor she would sort this. What shall i do as im confused? obviously i`ll contact mortgage broker first thing, but i dont know who`s right and who`s wrong. I was told everything was ok we were even arranging building insurance as mortgage offer was accepted, and searches etc were carried out.

Argueing back and forth through questions doesn't accomplish anything. Christians, athiests, etc... do it all the time here on yahoo answers. I don't think that is what it was intended for. I am a christian and for all the other christians who read this should agree that negative stuff doesn't come from God. We shouldn't waste our time argueing to prove that there is a God or that there isn't a God. Once again I am sorry for answering anyone in an incorrect manner.
