Roman Mosaic?

I have to do a mosaic about something in Rome, using paper( not broken glass) Does anyone know how to make a mosaic?

Cut out little pices of colored paper and glue them together on a hard surface. In your case you could make them form a picture of something in Rome, like the Colosseum. If you didn't have to do it on Rome, you could just make a pattern or something.
