4a + 8b + 2b - 10a

simplify

-6a +10b

re-arrange

10b-6a
there you go

((4 X a) + (4 X 2b)) + ((2Xb) + (2 X -5a))

= 4a + 8b + 2b - 10a

= 10b - 6a
