Anyone know what these satanic symbols means, discovered in old abondoned hospital.

I have included 3 pics, symbol, strange light from camera, and some sort of fungus on floor, can anyone explain what these all are.

It was pinkish, like a caucasian's flesh. Don't you think that's weird? They actually had that name still when I was a kid (70's). What about the other kids in class who weren't caucasian? Pretty rude, huh?
