I completely forgot about this, supposedly my sentence was to do 24 hrs comm. serv, and I never did them. well i have called the state where this happened, and have talked to police, court clerks, dist. attnys, central processing station, and everyone checks my name and social #, and they all tell me they have no record of me having a warrant, but when the military conduct a background check on me, they show i do?? Why is this, and how does this happen?

I know this will sound stupid, but I'm just new to the Mp3 player world. I have MusisMatch and bought a song, but it will only allow me to play it on my computer, it won't let me copy it to my Mp3 player. Is there a place you can buy songs legally and copy them to your Mp3 player?

I'm pretty sick of ignorant people responding to my posts about Islam with statements like "you're taking it out of context" or "it doesn't say that" or "Islam isn't violent, it's just a few radicals like every religion has." Saying the Koran and the Hadiths aren't about mass-murder is like saying that Moby Dick isn't about whale-hunting.

No rational person who has read both works can argue that it's not about killing. It says how to kill, when to kill, where to kill, whom should be killed, and what the reward is for killing them.

We can only get away for 4 days at a time... I suppose we could go stay somewhere on Lake Erie - but I just wondered if anyone had any other ideas... surrounding states? i really like this guy and i know he likes me. Hes been giving me lots of hints lately about us getting together and also inituating a lot of physical contact. Apart from that hes also told my friend he likes me. I really want to ask him out, but the thing is, up until about a month ago i thought he just liked my friend and no one else. She doesnt like him back so nothing will or will ever happen, he says hes over her but im not so sure by he way he acts around her. Hes not a player or anything, hes a decent guy and our friendship has suddenly got really close in the last two months or so. Im scared that if we go out il feel second best to my friend all the time. Should i just go for it or wait til im sure hes over her and maybe loose my chance?
