I know that Thyroid medication includes Tyrosine in it, and when I take Tyrosine, my fatigue is gone...but I have had my TSH, T3 and T4 checked and they all seem normal. Here are the results:
TSH= 1.65
Free T3= 3.23
Free T4= 1.45

Now, does Tyrosine also help with Adrenal gland deficency? I know a couple of years ago, a doctor measured my Cortisol and it was low(it was 4.9 and normal range should be 5-21 in the morning) but when he prescribed cortisol, it made me feel worst, so I stopped going to him and stopped the medication....... does Tyrosine help with Adrenal glands too??? or just THyroids??
I just can't figure out why Tyrosine is making my fatigue go away...off course, in the afternoons it gives me a bad headache

my husband asked for a divorce last week, so i finished up the paper work and filled for full custody over our newborn. I then stopped talking to him for the rest of the week and he ended up BEGGING me to see his child so then tried to be civel with him and let him have her last Saturday. When he came to pick her up he immedietly asked what time he could drop her off. He said he was going to a concert tonight with his best guy friend...needless to say i found out he was lying and was actually on a date with a 17yr old girl from his work (he's 24). So basically he traded one child for another child. (This girl is the reason our marriage fell apart.) and let me remind you we are not yet divorced...so I called and ripped him a new one and told him he would need to take me to court if he ever wanted to see his child again. He showed up at my house and begged and beged but i have just had enough! I slammed the door on his face.
my question is what would you have done in the same situation?

while talking about music with this co-worker-he interrupted the conversation , got close to my face, and asked if I was wearing lipstick, (i have thick lips) then he rant off about something and i only heard him saying something about me biting off his ''thing" -he does tend to joke like that. what could he have ment by that? he's 25 and engaged, and i am 19..

1) if i have a very high metabolism and i consume 5000 cals and i do nothing all day, what will happen will the cals be burn of by my metabolism or turn to fat.

2) i know if you have a low metabolism and consume 5000 you will gain fat, but how long dose it take to turn to fat.
