This is sexual harrassment. I am a manager and have had to deal with this before and I can tell you almost all companies take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance. I would either report him or tell if it happens again you will report him. I bet he will stop. If not he will continue to push to see what he can get away with. Good Luck.

Next time something like this happens, nip it in the bud. Tell the jerk to watch his mouth and that the next time he says anything inappropriate he will be reported. There are laws against sexual harrassment.

If he's engaged I feel sorry for his fiance'. He sounds like a real jerk that needs to learn some manners, and have someone explain sexual harassment to him.

I think he meant to intimidate you. However, more serious than this he committed sexual harrassment toward you which you have aright to be protected against. He should be reported as no employee has the right to submit their employees to such treatment. You have rights.

He probably wishes that you could do him a favor down there with your thick lips. If I had to take a guess, I would guess that's what he is talking about.

That's not normal, I'd have told him to get lost real quick. Not polite but I'm not trying to be polite to guys who get into my face like that!

How the heck would I know? You and your friend were there and neither of you know. He sounds like a moron to me. Why do you care what some idiot says?

This can definitely be considered sexual harrassment. If you didn't like this behavior you should document it and report the incident to your supervisor. If your supervisor doesn't take the report seriously go to management.

File sexual harrasment with Human Resources. That should stop that creep. Good luck ;)

Oh ...he meant that he is too chicken to 'shorten' his 'thing' himself (for whatever reasons) and would need your sharp teeth to bite a chunk off.
