The only thing I can think of is chapstick or a gloss.. they really do work and you don't have to get any surgery or anything. If I have chapped lips even if the lip balm doesn't un-chap it, it covers it and makes them look smooth and pink [:

apply beetroot juice over your lips at night. and get a good lip balm and use it everytime you go out in the sun. avoid lipsticks and lipgloss unless they are very badly needed avoid them. you could go in for a good lip balm. beetroot is a perfect way to make your lips pink

i have a lip tint from the Benefit range. It has crushed rose petals in. just put it on and your lips are pinker, also it is double sided and has clear lip gloss as well which is handy!!

mix one part beetroot crush with one part honey n lil rose water...proper consistency..massage...use whenever u ve the time.
