Does anyone know a place the buys furniture from people that are relocating or moving? Or any advice on the best way to sell furniture in the South Florida area?
Thanks in advance!

Try www.craigslist.org the ads are FREE! Go to Florida under states. Find the nearest city to you and post to classifieds!
Hint: You may or may not want to post your email in the ad. Craigslist posts a link to your email so you do not get any unwanted scams or spam. I do not even do this rather I post my cell phone number this seperates the serious buyers from the flakes.

When I visit my folks in North Port, they love to go to Arcadia to look at antique furniture, etc., as well as going around to garage sales.

If you are not in too much of a hurry, you may want to have an antiques dealer come by and check out some of your stuff - you'd be surprised how much you can get sometimes for your furniture. If you don't have that much time, put an ad in the newspaper, get some signs, and have yourself a garage sale! Make sure to do it early in the morning and leave it run for awhile, especially if it is on a nice day.

Once you've done those two, take a good hard look at what you have left - throw away the crap, then call up Goodwill and get a tax write-off for 2007 taxes.

Have fun!

You think you have weird ones just a few English ones it is still legal to shoot a Welshman on thursdays before 12 noon with a longbow. If an Englishman sees a Scotsman in York he must by law shoot him with a longbow. officially we are still at war with the French from the hundred years war , there has never been a cease fire. It is still law that an Englishman must practise with his longbow for at least 4 hours a week on pain of death if not carried out. You can buy a toothbrush on Sunday but not toothpaste. When buying a indentured girl as a servant she must be beaten with a stick only.
