I have to write a short story for school ideas?

i have written part of a story but i dont think its very good. Has anyone got any ideas?

The story so far is about a cat which lives on a farm at the edge of a forest. Miller is the owner of the farm. Mouse teaches other mice about the "dangers" of being mice but gets caught by the cat. One night there is a blinding purple light and either it changes all the animals so they can talk to humans and each other or its the end of the world. heres an extract: "There was a flash of purple light which expanded to a great range across Huntington Forest and to Millers farm. The majestic horses shied away, trying to get away from the blinding light. Every living thing attempted to escape the beam, most failed. The once hushed darkness turned into a shrill of animal noises in a flash of light" The story is told from 3rd person and changes to the characters point of veiw. If that makes sense. thanks!!

How did you find him/her?

My relationship history stinks. I always seem to find the worst person out there to be with. Or the person t hat just doesn't want anything to come out of a relationship, except sex.

Where are good quality places to meet people? I don't want to meet anyone online. I almost want someone to stumble upon me some day.

Am I crazy for thinking that there is some guy out there that is right for me?

Asian men can't grow facial hair, so just shave it off right?

Asian men can't grow full beards for beep. I don't know if they notice it or not, but when they try to grow out their facial hair (few stubbles on the chin, and upper lip.) Well it doesn't look all that great. Also they have peach fuzz for side burns. Now I know indians, and asians that are mixed can grow facial hair. So let's not include them. But the MAJORITY of east asians can't. So let's just say those that can't. Why don't they just shave off that ugly thing already?

try again , Engine overheating?

Engine overheating, 99 Jeep Cherokee classic 4.0 in-line 6

i drove my car about a mile and i could smell radiator fluid so i looked at my temp gadge which was normal so i stopped, opended the hood and noticed it was pretty hot for driving such a short distance. there was also a trail of coolant drips behind the car, which makes me think the water pump is bad, i checked the oil it was at a safe level but it was dark and kinda thick. so anyway i was just a block from home so i took it home i heard so valve clicking noises pretty sure it wasn`t lifters.

in september i replaced the radiator, waterpump, thermostat, hoeses and tempiture sending unit.
i just got the car in august im thinking the oil wasn`t changed very often

i`m wondering if the sluggish oil is causing the engine to over heat and/or the thermostat is bad causing the waterpump to go out.

any ideas where i should start,

Why does the general public in general mistrusts the police?

I asked a question about cops being azzholes and 9 of 13 really mistrust cops. Even in real life a lot of people reffered to the police officers as scum of the earth. I know all police officer are not rogues because we would be in trouble as a society if they were but I wonder where all this resentment comes from?
