Timing, if you are certain that you have both fuel and spark yet no ignition then timing is usually the cause of it.

Got a timing belt? has it slipped? if it has be careful as you could do valve damage to the car by turning it over. Visually inspect it to see if it is old, dry, cracked, missing cogs etc.

Get it checked if you do not know how to check it yourself.

anser 1 is a good start, but it could also be a very bad vacum leak or a dead pcm
