I have been off work sick for 2 months from a job i was reasonably happy in, during these two months without realising it, it came to me that the job i was in wasnt the one for me.

I now am starting to look at another career that couldnt be any more different to the job i do now! Its a great feeling, like total freedom! Ive gone from being an Admin Assistant to studying to become a dog trainer!

Has anyone else ever done anything slightly crazy like this??

Me and 3 friends did a bad thing. We took a pic of a nice car a piano and a set dinner table and then went door to door in a different neighborhood selling raffle tickets saying it was a fund raiser for that neighborhood high school. We told the buyers they dont need to be present to win that winners will be notified so if they get no call then they didnt win. We sold the tickets for 6 dollars each and the prizes were 1st place was the car, 2nd place was the piano and 3rd place was a dinner for two at the restraunt of there choice. We sold all the tickets and made just over 700 dollars. Heres the real problem, one of my friends has had a guilty concience and want us to turn ourselfs in(her too) she is threatening to tell the cops what we did. There isnt even an investigation and we spent the money. I know we did wrong but will this really matter since no one is looking for us and no one realizes anything was done? So any advice?

We are roughly the same age, and in similar situations as far as family. I know she has two daughters, I have two as well about the same age. When I mentioned that I was extemely unhappy in my marriage and planned a divorce in a couple of years, she made a definite point of telling me she was unhappy in hers as well. We just started working together, by the way, but different shifts entirely, unless we have a meeting, I never see her. Well, I was attracted to her, and thought I felt the same from her, though she could have been being nice. Our main way of communicating would be through our work's email, and that is easily read, and saved, so I don't think she would be comfortable with anything personal sent that way. I've thought of sending her my private email, along with the suggestion that if she ever wanted to discuss "family" issues, she'd be more than welcome. Any ideas of that being a good idea, or suggestions would be helpful!

i think that she is a righteous s.o.b.. where does she get off?

its not as if we asked to be put upon her 6000 years ago.. so why does she get so angry when we do what we want with her? it was fate

An elderly couple were on a cruise and it was really stormy. They were standing on the back of the boat watching the moon when a wave came up and washed the old woman overboard. They searched for days and couldn't find her, so the captain sent the old man back to shore with the promise that he would notify him as soon as they found something.
Three weeks went by and finally and the old man got a fax from the boat. It read: "Sir, sorry to inform you, we found your wife dead at the bottom of the ocean. We hauled her up to the deck and attached to her butt was an oyster and in it was a pearl worth $50,000 dollars. Please advice."
The old man faxed back: "Send me the pearl and re-bait the trap."
