we had one of these when i was an assistant manager of a charity shop, all that happened was my manager had to write things down about me, like how she found my work, if there was anything i could improve on, basically strong and weak points, then she had to do that for the area manager, saying if she got enough help when asked etc etc, and the area manager had to do it for my manager.....then if there was anything that needed to be discussed it was....so there you are, is basically writing up good and bad points about the management
