I lost my job 2 months ago. I went to the Family Independence Agency and they said they couldn't help me because I have too much in assets (over 3,000.00).
So basically I need to take the money out of my 401k and then spend it to survive until it runs out so I can get assistance, but when I go to get the forms from the 401k company unemployment isn't listed as a hardship in order to not pay the 10% penalty (on top of the 20% given to taxes.
I don't mind the taxes because I might get that back next year at tax time but why can someone buying a house get a break on the penalty where someone trying to save his house doesn't?

Is it normal for me to get growing pains in my breasts for 3 months?

I hold goals as a more valuable statistic....the puck can go off your skate and someone else make a great pass to the goal scorer and you get credit for it. I think they should go to 1 assist per goal and get rid of the inflated assist totals

If your best friend was really close friends with your ex-boyfriend, would it be hard for you to accept? (especially if you were NOT on good terms with the ex) And if she reached out to make friends with your ex-boyfriend's cyber "friend" that he had phone sex with (while you were dating), would that upset you enough to confront your best friend and break off the friendship?
P.S. - The best friend KNOWS how you feel about her closeness to these 2 people and that it bothers you.

A work colleague of mine believes that your brain would explode/impode if you were to hold your eyes (out of your head but still attached) looking into one another.

His reasoning is that the brain would not be able to process what is happening.

Who makes better cameras? For example Canon or Nikon? Some people tell me only Canon, and some say only Nikon. Tell me your reasoning for the one you pick. Like, my uncle is a Canon fanatic. But then in TV shows and other places I see people or the actors using Nikon. What's the difference. Also, how is Konica Minolta? Are they any good? I am assuming so.

he's black & tan, a year old, has uncropped ears that stand straight up and thinks he is a 200 pound mastiff. when we go to bed at night he gets all goofy and tries to smother me with his whole body while he's making all these super cute little noises. the only bad thing is that he does this only for me so no one else will ever get to know the real pot roast, they'll only know the snappy mean little alter ego.
