You've heard that opinions are as numerous as hairs on a head, right? Opinions are viewed as insight to any likes and dislikes, or flung off the tongue without thought sometimes.
Values of a wise man, yes if given in truth. A fool's, yes if he's lying. All opinions are not worthless. But, no opinion, would be a fright to imagine in most cases.
These are my opinions, that have been thought out as a logical answer. Men & women who give us our daily weather predictions would strongly agree I think.
Opinions are good, and we have a choice to agree or disagree, that's the best part. It makes us think.

In baseball (go with me on this one) many great hitters actually have different techniques for hitting the ball. Suppose you wanted to know the best technique for hitting a baseball. Whom would you ask? Would you ask someone who has never hit a baseball? Would you ask someone who played baseball but not well? Would you ask a great second baseman who is notoriously a bad hitter? Or would you ask the best the game has to offer?
I suspect it would be this last category. We are best off to consult those who we expect to have wisdom about the subject that we are interested in, than just any fool. :)

We should value the wisdom of the wise man and be weary of the advise of the foolish man.
"Blind leading the blind".
We assume that the wise man will provide advise based upon logic and sound judgment.

We can only determine the "worth" of an opinion by it's foundation. If it is truth, it is more worthy than that opion based on lies.

Ignore all opinions, they are only judgments and have no basis in reality.
