especially of high sugar foods but I prefer to tuck into healthy foods. I want to learn how to take care of my body in these particular days and what is the best foods that could boost my energy and nurture my body in this moment, also my iron level is very low normally, let alone in those days. hi ive got very course hair but i do not know what will calm it down it only ever looks alright when its wet .as soon as its dry it goes weh out !! ive tried all the high street serums ect
ive tried adding a few drops of baby oil after washing and this worked a bit but looked oily.
iv also had it straitened and it went wild on me .
does anyone have any suggestions and stockists
please dont say go to a afro carribean hair dresser as i live in a area where there are no such thing !thanks

My husband and i are in process of becoming foster parents.You are paid a "wage" for this, so much for the child ,and another payment for the "work" you do.Its not a lot but wondered if this would be taken into account when applying for a mortgage as income? i work part time and would like to continue to do so, would they add this on to our joint income?We have a fairly small house and would like somewhere bigger to accomodate these children (at moment we only have 2 bedrooms and it would mean foster child having to share with my son (agency said if we had another room it would give us more options e.g being able to take a girl.any help appreciated.

I have to calculate the force exerted by a moving object on a clamp. Force = Mass X Acceleration. the weight of the body is 10kg (weight!! not mass). distance travelled is 200 cm. time of travel is 2 seconds. I can calculate speed, how to calc acceleration?

Not dirty ,But ....Bob and his friend Joe went out hunting. This was Joe's first time hunting, so he was following Bob's lead. Bob saw a small herd of deer and told Joe to stay in the exact spot he was in and be quiet.

After a few minutes, Bob heard a loud scream. He ran back and asked Joe what had happened. Joe said, "There was this snake and he slithered across my feet, but I never screamed. Then there was this bear that came up to me and snarled, but I never screamed."

My girlfriend's daughter is away at college. She recently told me that her daughter has met a female and they've become really good friends. My friend has always said that her daughter has never really gotten along with other girls so she thinks it's cool. Well the other day, she said her daughter called the girl "my wife". She asked why and her daughter basically explained that it's a term used to show friendship, ie. She's my girl, best friend, etc. Are we older women just not up on the lingo or is it possible that she's gay? No vulgarities please, thank you in advance for your response.

I had my hair cut really short, and now i'm trying to grow it to my shoulders. Any tips for the "in between" stages? It is naturally curly and my curls are starting to show and stick out and it is driving me nuts...other than washing it everyday (which my stylist said you aren't supposed to do because it takes out the nutrients in your hair which your hair needs) are there any products or tips that you can recommend that won't make my hair feel gunky or sticky after a long day? I have heard that these are not all they are cracked up to be, have you got one? I would prefer an upright, would like it to be usable as a vacuum only, but also to shampoo the carpets well when required (my husband is a mechanic, the muck gets everywhere!
