- take pride in your personal appearance
- prove that you're a caring person
- be an individual and not follow the mob

Chain of events that will lead to impressing a bloke, absolutely guaranteed:
1. Shave your badger.
2. Remove underwear
3. Invite gorgous also shaved girlfriend round
4. Put on football on TV
5. Bring chilled open lager to him
6. Put on half time lesbian floor show with friend
7. At full time celebrate/comiserate (delete as applicable with result) by getting him to join in lesbian floor show
8. NEVER speak about feelings. EVER ever ever! We don't care!
9. Get in the kitchen and bake something while he enjoys your friend alone
10. Repeat all the above every week.
I guarantee you, he will never ever leave you and will be more impressed than a very impressed thing with extra lashings of pleasant surprises thrown in!

Be your self, don't try too hard. You want them to like YOU not what you think they might like! Nothing worse than meeting the girl of your dreams, only to find out she is totally different to once you first met.
