especially of high sugar foods but I prefer to tuck into healthy foods. I want to learn how to take care of my body in these particular days and what is the best foods that could boost my energy and nurture my body in this moment, also my iron level is very low normally, let alone in those days. Any suggest ?

Grapes are good cos they're really sweet but still fruit. Dark green veg like spinch help with iron but you really need red meat to get your iron levels up (or a supplement)

Have a nice fresh salad with all the healthy things in in but follow it with a small bar of chocolate ...you crave sweet things because its what your body needs
