write "hands off" on him with a Sharpie marker while he's sleeping...make sure you put it where HE won't notice in the mirror and where it won't show unless he's undressed....

1st, Is he giving you any reason besides the phone to think that he is cheating(ex: no you time or just didn't seems interested in you) If you'll in a good and understanding relationship just ask him and keep a look out on if he is changing answer on you. If you find out he is cheating..leave that bad habit something better is out there...... GOOD LUCK

if he is cheating there really isn't a thing u can do about it, as we cannot change others or what they do. the problem comes when we think we have control, and we can change situations. u need to confront him, find out where his heart is at, and if its not with u, u may need to leave the relationship or suffer emotional pain. never allow anyone to cheat on u and disrespect u. see them for who they are, not who u want them to be.

tell your boyfriend he doesnt need any friends that are females because he has you! Thats all he needs when it comes to girls.
Tell him you dont feel its right and that he needs to delete her from his contact list.
