turbocharge it and add a free flowing 3 inch exhaust. Change out your injectors.

The weird ways us womens bodies work! I had painful heavy periods for years and then suddenly they stopped being so painful/heavy and I hadnt made any changes to my lifestyle. I am in my early twenties too - I think it's just part of growing up. Most women find periods are more painful when they first strat out. Try not to worry - enjoy being painfree!

It could just be a passing thing or possibly other forces are at work you might want to look back at your recent diet if that has changed there may be less pressure from water weight gain or it possible that you’ve recent lost your virginity. If that doesn’t help you may want to ask your doctor he or she should have more answers than you will get here. Good luck.

Could be less sodium in your diet, or have you been working out "aerobically" lately? And also less caffeine alleviates some cramping.

Needs to be bored and stroked, maybe an over sized piston might help.

It could just be that your body is changing as you get older.
