According to the Bible, NOTHING can happen at all, unless God wills it (or allows it).

With this in mind, being that God is doing nothing to stop war, that means he is allowing it, it is his will for this?

Why does God support war, thusly so? Anyone else get angry that if there is a God, he does nothing about this? Am I the only one that is about ready to just not even worship God for being so uncaring, or maybe lazy?

I have had enough of not only war, but a God that refuses to do anything at all about it!

I have 2 kids, we were together for almost 2 yrs, we had talked of marriage, more kids and all. I started asking for help with paying for my kids, he said he shouldnt have to, they arent his though he loves them like they are. He felt that their fathers should pay, I am working with child support enforcement and we are trying. I kicked him out of my trailer for not at least compromising and now we are just friends, though we are still sleeping together, I help him out with things or if he is sick, I help him. He watches my kids every once in a while for me. He says he doesnt want a girl friend right now and I have found out he had a lot of problems while we were together. I know deep down there is no hope, but with everything we are doing it seems like we are still a couple but no commitment, is he getting his cake and eating it too?

I just bought a laptop to start a new job. The company does not want us using laptops. They said sometimes there is problems wiht the dvd software working with the laptops, that there are drivers missing or problems. This doesnt make sense to me. Is it true some dvd software will not work on a laptop. I had to meet teh specs for processor speed, ram etc. I am not sure if they are just saying this to discourage laptop use as they have headaches trying to support it. I will be using it to work from home and i have 2 desktops and dont want 3. At least with a laptop I can use it other than work for portability. Have any of you heard about private company software that does not work with laptops. I thought a dvd drive is the same kind of drive as a desktop. I also just posted my first question regarding if i should use the acer i bought or exchange today for a toshiba. Last day I have to decide.

I am a 27yr old woman,i am married ,very pretty, dark and quite slim. I am very self conscious because i am very flat chested, more like a 32A. I cannot go out without wearing a padded bra, its crazy cos i find mself staring at other people's boobs and saying, God i wish had those! I have even discussed it with my husband who thinks i am silly. There was a day i told him i would like a boob job, maybe after childbearing and he simply looked at me and said "As long as you dont die in the process", i was hoping he would tell me not to even think about it.
I know i should love my body, but i honestly dont feel sexy and it makes me feel selfconscious all the time. What should i do? Forget it or....

I am 54 years old and my wife died when she was 51 years old. She loves me so much. I don't have any feelings for her. We have been together for at least 30+ years. I never had children with her but I did started having sex with her since I was 28 years old. She died from an accident. I didn't kill her. I told her "I love you" countless times. My feelings for her wasn't that deep. If I left her, I won't have anymore sex and she'll be heartbroken and I will start paying for child support if she did got pregnant. I never fell in love with her. If I did fell in love with her, I know I will be very sad right now, but good thing I didn't fell in love with her. I can imagine myself leaving her and not being sad. I don't feel bad at all for her death. I had to pretend to be crying on her funeral to let her family think that I am sad. To be honest, I am not sad. Before she died, she said, "I am very happy to have meet you in my life." When she was alive, I treated her like a queen.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Al Gore, a leading voice against global warming, is being criticized by a conservative group that claims his Nashville mansion uses too much electricity. A Gore spokeswoman said the former vice president invests in enough renewable energy to make up for the home's power consumption.
On Sunday, Gore's documentary film "An Inconvenient Truth," which chronicled his campaign against global warming, won an Academy Award.


The next day, the Tennessee Center for Policy Research issued a statement saying Gore was not doing enough to reduce his own electricity consumption. The group disputes that global warming is a serious problem. "We wanted to see if he was living by his own recommendations and walking the walk," said think tank president Drew Johnson. Utility records show the Gore family paid an average monthly electric bill of about $1,200 last year for its 10,000-square-foot home.
