It is very difficult work. However, do you know the boy likes to you or not? If no, you have to wait some time. From this situation you have to act a critical role. One time you are very interested to him and few minutes latter you are not interested. I am sure after few weeks the boy will be interested to build a good frendship with you. Between these situation you also have to show your skills like "perfection", "matuority", "extra ordinary performance if any" etc.When the boy will show his interest, now you can tell him your look but slowly.

Instead of telling him, why don't you invite him to hang out with you after school. He'll get the message, and you'll know, by his response, whether or not he's interested in you. If you don't want to be alone with him, at first, then make it a group of friends hanging out, and include him in the group. Good luck!

JUST TELL HIM! Us girls take tooo damn long to tell someone that we like them, we are scared of being rejected. But think of it though...if he doesn't feel the same way then it isn't meant to be. Good Luck!
