As at my last check, i'm weigh 65kg (i'm 5'6'' tall), but I want to lose some weight, especially at my tommy area. I've a flabby stomach & hate it. For a month now, i've been spending 45 min - 1hr on execrise 5 - 6 times a week; jogging, brisk walking, scretching, sit-ups etc. I do these on my own because i can't afford 2 pay 4 a gym. But, i'm not satisfied with the result cos my tommy is still not flat, though my hips are broadening. I need a flat tommy FAST. Any suggestion on how to acheive this?
