I think the words that you have to use depend on the situation that you are exactly in. But Generally it should be sincere,clear and you have to do it in passion. You can start by saying..." I have never intended this but as time goes by I knew that my heart needs is you and only you. I just can't thinking any thing else lately but you. I don't exactly know what you have done to me but I know that I will be the happiest person and I will make you happy and take care of you if you are with me.............."

Now it all depends on what stage at the relationship you are. If you are interested in going out with a girl you like but haven't asked her out yet, what you first need to make sure about is that she in fact likes you back. The last thing you want is to ask someone out and they don't like you becoz rejection like that dashes your self esteem/confidence. So, if you like her and want to ask her out and you know that she feels something for you, go ahead and say "I like you very much and was wondering if you would like to go out with me?" Simple. Her answer to that question will tell you whether or not she is interested.
If you are talking about proposing marriage it is in my eyes far simpler. You will by now establish how strong your feelings are for each other. All you need to do is ask for her hand in marriage - "I love you very much and would like to spend the rest of my life with you - will you marry me". Once she says yes, you then need to approach her parents and ask for their daughter's hand in marriage.

u dont need to prupose a girl who had been ur friend bcoz pruposing her will be like u in a invisible jail after so dont prupose let there be more attraction. and doing this is fun bcoz u never like hear no. so let her be in pain attract her but never prupose her make her to prupose u and she will do anything to get u.
