Liguer kills WAY more people than weed does. Liquer makes people roudy and violent, it makes people do dangerous things, it is very harmfull to your liver, it is addictive, many children have been killed by drunk drivers, and many people have died of liver problems. Weed makes you calm, it is not half as dangerous to your health or too the health of people around you. Im not saying it should be legal, but if alchole is legal than so should weed, i mean how many times have you heard of a stoned driver killing somone or how many times have you heard of sombody dieing of smoking weed. It is almost impossible to overdose smokeing weed but it is very easy to overdose and die while using liquer. So why is weed illeagle but alcohole is not.

I guess I am asking more about the era of reconstruction as well (1860-1877...) We are having somewhat of a debate in our history class and our teacher decided to go ahead and make it a fun, debate day tomorrow. I'm not sure if it is....basically, the book said that constitutional and social developments of this era (1860-1877) amounted to a revolution. I don't think the era was a revolution socially, because African Americans were still under harsh conditions, and I'm not sure if it was politically--because the same people still held the power, however... the constitution did change...Correct me if I'm wrong on any of my info or let me know in which direction I should be leaning on this!? Thanks for the info, I appreciate it!

I'm curious how much you have paid in medical bills after giving birth to your baby, in the US. (Yes, I know other countries are free, so don't be smart and rub it in everybody’s faces) I'm getting a little nervous at what my final bill is going to look like. I always thought that if Griffey had stayed with Seattle and stayed healthy in the AL where he could play DH when he was aching, he would have been the guy to break Aaron's record. I don't think he ever would have mashed more than 50 homers or whatever, like McGwire did, but I always thought he had the longevity to break the big record.
