My friend is going to be 21 and she wants to go on a vacation with some friends and her mom.

We live in the Midwest and she is unsure if she wants to go to Vegas. Her mom is also going with and is loads of fun. I need something that is fun and unusual.

I Think You Should Go Somewhere Near An Ocean/Sea/Lake, Just Because They Look Nice At Night.& Because Its Fresh Near Oceans/Sea/Lake. For Example Florida Has A Lovely Sight At Night In The Atlantic Ocean. California Also Looks Amazing In The Night Near The Pacific Ocean. As For The Prices, Im Not Sure.

I'm not sure where you live or if money is an object. There are lots of hotels that have "girlfriend weekends." They seem to be fun. How about some time at the beach?? Boston is a fun city! Brattleboro, VT is a serene and happy place!

Vegas is so the best 21st birthday destination. I went when I turned 21 and it was a blast. It has something for everyone so everyone can have fun.

If her mom is a "cool" mom then I would say either VEGAS or Miami very cool spots for 21st birthdays. Have a blast wherever you end up!

Well, not knowing when her birthday would be maybe Mardi Gras. Or Mexico, because atleast you can make it there by car, and if your gonna drink you wont have to worry about getting sea sick.

Just go to another city near you and go out for dinner, unless your planning to go far i would say bahamas or hawaii.
